Information that you provide, for the purpose of registering with the (secure) website. Information about transactions carried out over this website. Information that you provide for the purpose of subscribing to the website services (including general enquiries bookings and requests for information); and, Any other information that you send to Map My Goals Pty. Ltd.

Any other information you discuss with us over the phone or during a face-to-face meeting or coaching session. Where Map My Goals Pty. Ltd. discloses your personal information to its coaches or sub-contractors or recommended service providers for these purposes only, the coach, sub-contractors or recommended service providers in question will be obligated to use that personal information in accordance with the terms of this privacy statement and by agreement from you either verbally or written.

In addition to the disclosures necessary for the purposes identified above, Map My Goals Pty. Ltd. may only disclose your personal information to the extent that it is required to do so by law, in connection with any legal proceedings or prospective legal proceedings, and in order to establish, exercise or defend its legal rights.

Map My Goals Pty. Ltd. takes all necessary and reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information. Map My Goals Pty. Ltd. will store all the personal information you provide on “SquareSpace” web hosting secure servers. Information relating to electronic transactions entered via this website will be protected by encryption technology. Client files that contain your personal information and the coach’s notes gathered during the delivery of any of our services, will be kept in a secure place and then destroyed after 12 months of any activity.

Fees and charges for any products and services provided by Map My Goals are subject to change from time to time. All active clients will be notified of any changes either in writing or over the phone, prior to their next session. All coaches who deliver coaching sessions are entitled to charge a cancellation fee in accordance with this Legal Statement. These fees are structured as follows;

Within 24 hours- failure to notify your coach about a need to cancel a booked coaching session – 100% charge (of the pre-arranged session cost)

Failure to show up for your booked coaching session = 100% charge (of the pre-arranged session cost).

As coaches we appreciate that there may be some unforseen circumstances and we hope that it is nothing too serious. It will be at the discretion of your coach whether or not they charge you a fee as outlined above. Often clients are merely postponing a session and this will be taken into consideration at the time. Also, it is important to appreciate our position as a business operation; we are mobile coaches and therefore our travel time and calendars can be difficult to manage if late cancellations or postponements happen too often. Please consider this before making any changes or cancellations. Ideally we would love 48 hours notice wherever possible and we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
