Typical Session
A typical session involves 1:1 collaboration, either virtual or in person, and lasts between 45-60 mins. Some of the common processes that I employ include visualization, affirmations, hypnosis, neuro-linguistic programming, meditation, relaxation, emotional freedom technique, finding limiting beliefs, and many others.
